About the site

I have been a creative person throughout my entire life. In third grade, my teacher told my mother she expected I would become a writer. I followed that dream through journalism and film & television programs at Sheridan College.

I had a blog before I knew what a blog was. I had a podcast 8 years ago.

But then I stopped.

Then I got testicular cancer.

No surprise that was a cause for deep reflection, and I knew I wanted to share my story. To help other men who might be in the same situation, and to provide information that wasn't readily available when I was going through it.

Of course, I've never been one to create in a conventional way. It's just not how my brain works. This website is where I can create my way. It might seem scattered, overly ambitious or even uninteresting. But that's okay. At the very least, it's going to help at least one person. Me
